Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf (Italian) parsley leaves
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined and finely chopped. Check the seasoning and add more salt if needed.

Notes

  • You can store Chimichurri in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
  • Chimichurri can also be frozen for up to 6 months.
  • Keep a bottle in your fridge or freezer to elevate any meal!
